My hairy chest is easily one of my favourite features. I love how furry I am, how soft and fuzzy the hairs are, and how good it feels when one of my partners runs their fingers through it.
When I initially came out I sadly saw my body hair as something to overcome in pursuit of earning my authenticity as a trans queer. It didn’t help that practically every single person around me, be they cis or trans, would frequently give me unsolicited advice on how I could keep my body trimmed and “pass” more. I know they were trying to help, giving tips and guidance on how I could blend in and be more acceptable and palatable to society, but it ultimately just made me feel more uncomfortable in myself and angry at my body.
Fortunately, I have a much different outlook now! I understand now that my body hair doesn’t invalidate me in any way, and it’s a core part to me being such a cute and cuddly andro-babe! There are still things about me that I wish were different, of course, but overall I’m feeling pretty good about myself and, honestly, it’s been a long time coming.
I love this. your body hair is amazing, and I am so glad that you feel comfortable defining for yourself what it means to be you.
